Whether you are preparing for pregnancy, labor and beyond or just looking for a way to release old patterns, gain strength and find deep relaxation, I am here to support you.

Through my own journey I have found that when we are supported we have more space to calm the nervous system, find inner strength and connect to the mind in more beneficial ways. Its all circular.

 This class is for expectant mommas. It includes meditation, movement, and insight to help prepare the body and mind for birth. If you are looking for a class that infuses yoga movement and strengthening, community and doula insights, this is the class for you!

Moms and Babies
Current Public POSTNATAL Classes

A postnatal series for mom to begin healing and strengthening the core and body post-baby safely.

*For post-baby safety, make sure you are cleared  by your doc and 6 weeks after delivery to join.

POSTPARTUM WALK AND TALK

A Bi-Monthly Meetup for Mommas

Upcoming Walk:

Date: Friday, July 11, 2025

Time: 11 AM

(approx 1-1.5 hrs)

Location: Concert Park, Playa Vista

 

**we will meet at the corner of the park closest to Gulp Restaurant and the restrooms, hang for 10-15 min and then head out for an approx 1 mile walk in the area.  We will end at the same spot where we began so we can chat and hang with babies.** 

Additional Information:

We will meet at the designated spot listed at the time listed, go on a 30-45 min walk, then end where we started with some chill picnic style park time to chat and connect. This will be a time to ask questions and share anything that might be on your heart in your current phase of motherhood. 

**Note: you can come for as long as you want and leave when you need to. If you are running late you can always send me a message and meet us somewhere along the route. 

 

Feel free to bring:

- Strollers

- Snacks for you/baby 

- Water

- Blanket or similar to sit on for you and baby

- Anything else you need for yourself or your babe

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT GROUP

Join our first cohort of mommas!

This support group is specifically for moms post baby to move/breathe a little, connect, share, and learn. There will be occasional guest speakers to address certain topics.

 

These sessions will be outside for summer (weather permitting). Please bring a blanket to sit on and appropriate clothing for you and baby!

*Moms are welcome to come with or without their littles.*

4 weeks of support include:

 

1 virtual support meetup PER week

1 in-person support meetup on week 2 and 4

Total of 6 sessions

 

You can pick and choose if you want to join for all or some.

 

Private whatsapp group with updated and additional support

 

Special Guest speakers will be announced throughout the month.

My journey began with a simply desire to exercise barefoot. No deep insight or magical spark. Just comfort. But there I was in a room full of yogis breathing and sweating and grounding, and I felt something within. It took a few more classes for me to realize that what I was feeling was a sense of connection.  Yoga was the gateway to grounding myself, making time for myself, and guiding myself TO myself. The way that yoga has looked in my life has shifted through the years and I believe that it has always been exactly what I need it to be in that moment. And THAT is the magic I wish to share with you.

​Whether you are looking to start yoga for the first time or you simply want to continue your practice, I am here to guide you. ​Whether you are pregnant and looking for a way to better connect to your baby and prepare for childbirth or simply find a few minutes for yourself, I am here to guide you.​Whether you are looking for a doula to support you during your birth or some private sessions to better prepare you for labor, I am here to guide you. ​

 

Whether you are looking for postpartum help with baby or to recover your core postnatally, I am here to guide you. ​Whether you are looking for a way to quiet your mind or release tension and anxiety, I am here to guide you.​With over ten years of yoga teaching, reiki, meditation and pre/postnatal training and continual learning to expand my knowledge and share safe practices I want to be there to guide you through the fun moments, the tough moments, the quiet moments, and the moments where we all just need to let go. I infuse yoga techniques into my doula work, postnatal support work, and group gatherings/circles and I find that my clients report feeling more calm, relaxed and at ease after their sessions and/or births. ​Let this practice guide you.​

Leeron  ​

*Leeron is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, 100-hour certified prenatal/postnatal, fertility and Mommy and Baby instructor, reiki practitioner, meditation teacher and DONA-trained birth doula and postpartum doula based in Los Angeles, CA. Additionally, She has facilitated ecstatic dance sessions, women's movement and breathwork circles and is certified in teaching kids yoga, as well completed a year of Yoga Therapy studies at Loyola Marymount University to create a well-rounded approach to working with clients to improve mobility, flexibility and overall body function. ​She has attended over 70 births and loves to help mommas through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys. Her training with Ayurvedic Mommas as a postpartum ayurvedic doula has provided her clients with knowledge to best prepare for the first 40 days postpartum, helping them nourish, care and connect to themselves and their babies during those first few important weeks when transition can be challenging.
